Pay it forward: Before I can design, develop, and manufacture a swim goggle, I complete a long process of research. This enables me to find out what people really want and need in a product. The more research that I do, the better a product turns out. Many times this research has me reading swim forums and blogs to find out what people are really saying (unfiltered).
